How do I access the files of the product I purchased?
Where Are My Files? How to Access and Download Your Purchases Instantly
You have successfully purchased a digital product on Lid. Congratulations! Now, you probably want to read that guide, listen to that track, or use those design assets.
On Lid, you don't need to dig through your email inbox looking for download links that might expire. Everything you buy is stored safely in your personal collection.
Here is how to find and enjoy your content in 3 clicks.
Step 1: Go to Your Library
Think of this as your digital bookshelf.
Look at the top navigation bar of the website.
Click on the "Library" icon (it looks like a stack of books or files).
Step 2: Select Your Product
Inside the Library, you will see a gallery of every product you have ever purchased.
Find the item you want to access.
Click the purple "View Product" button underneath the cover image.
Step 3: Download or Preview
You will be taken to the product's dedicated page. Look for the section titled "Attached Files". This is where your content lives.
Next to each file (whether it's an MP3, PDF, or video), you will see two handy options:
Preview (Eye Icon): Click this to view or play the content directly in your browser without downloading it.
Download (Arrow Icon): Click this to save the file directly to your computer or mobile device.
It’s yours forever. As long as you have your Lid account, your files will always be waiting for you in your Library.
