# Reembolsos y protección
Ventanas de reembolso de 0 a 90 días, pagos protegidos para servicios, y qué pasa cuando un reembolso se aprueba.
Tú eliges una ventana de reembolso para cada producto, y el pago queda protegido hasta que la ventana pasa.
## Cómo funciona
1. Cuando creas un producto, elige una ventana de reembolso de 0 a 90 días.
2. Con 0 días, cobras en segundos cuando la venta aterriza.
3. Con ventana, el pago queda protegido hasta que la ventana pasa, y después se libera hacia ti automáticamente.
4. Si un reembolso se aprueba, el comprador recibe el monto completo de vuelta, incluida la comisión del sharer.
Los compradores ven tu política de reembolso en la página del producto antes de pagar.
## Servicios
En los servicios, el pago queda protegido hasta que el comprador acepta tu entrega. Entonces se libera hacia ti.
