# Your purchases

Where your files, courses, subscriptions and receipts live after you buy, and how to get back to them from any device.

Everything you buy on Lid lives in your account. This page shows you where.

## Finding your files

1. Go to [lid.pro](https://lid.pro) and sign in with your email.
2. Open **My purchases** in your dashboard. Purchases are grouped in tabs: **Products**, **Courses**, **Subscriptions**, **Challenges** and **Services**.
3. Select **View content** on a purchase. Your files are there, ready to download.

You can download your files as many times as you like. **View receipt** shows the receipt for each purchase.

## Opening your course

1. Sign in at [lid.pro](https://lid.pro).
2. Open **My purchases**, then the **Courses** tab.
3. Select the course to open it.

## Your subscriptions

Memberships you pay for are under **My purchases → Subscriptions**. Each one shows the next charge, a way to message the creator, and **Cancel**. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid.

## Getting back in later

Your purchases stay in your account. To get back to them:

1. Go to [lid.pro](https://lid.pro).
2. Sign in with the email you used when you bought.
3. Open **My purchases**.

{% hint style="info" %}
Use the same email every time. Your email is the key to your account.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.lid.pro/buy-on-lid/your-purchases.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
